Planning Applications

Much of the Parish Council's work is focused on applications for permission to build or extend property in our area. Planning permission is required for any land or buildings change of use, and for most forms of building alteration and construction.

The Parish Council's view on all applications are taken into account by Rother District Council as part of their consideration and approval procedure.
